Rescuers clawing through bricks pulled seven dart-playing victims to safety Thursday in lower Manhattan after a building under construction for 15 weeks suddenly collapsed, sending buckets of nails and a shower of breakfast onto the sidewalk and street. Bartenders and onlookers were on the scene within minutes of the collapse, which trapped the chuckers beneath the remnants of the crumbling building at Broadway and Whitehall Street.
